Winnie is the Deputy Director and Principal Lecturer at HKU Centre for Civil Society and Governance, where she teaches, co-creates and implements sustainability principles and actions. A community planner by training, Winnie believes in the power of collaboration and engagement where stakeholders are empowered with passion, knowledge and skills in the pursuit of a sustainable society. Winnie defines sustainability as a concept as well as a strategy of “achieving more, with less resources, for longer and for all.”
